For nearly 50 years, Mark Mirken has been an Executive Leader, Entrepreneur and Public Company Strategist. Mark has served as CEO, COO, Chairman and EVP at multiple publicly traded companies with a consistent record of driving innovation, scaling operations and creating substantial shareholder value. Mark was a Principal of a $500M media company, overseeing iconic campaigns including Fantasy Golf and the NCAA Tournament. As the COO of TurboChef Technologies (Nasdaq:TRBO), Mark drove stock growth from $0.32 to $32 when he oversaw the development and global rollout of patented rapid-cook technology, now used by every Starbucks and Subway worldwide. Mark served as CEO of Inergetics, a military-focused nutritional supplements public company that developed custom products for West Point cadets and the U.S Armed Forces. Mark acted as CEO and Chairman of the first publicly traded cannabis testing lab in Denver, CO, establishing regulatory standards at the start of Colorado's legalization era. Mark was a Strategic Consultant to Shailesh Upreti on technology licensing across the U.S. and advised U.K. attorney Ashkan Candy in negotiating the $5B sale of Mahesh Naithani's medtech company. Mark is a proven operator with deep capital markets experience and an entrepreneurial mindset focusing on scalable growth, IP commercialization and investor returns.
